They gave me a very fair quote for my deck and fence. Best out of three separate quotes. They offered expert advice and were extremely professional. The crew did a great job! I would also add that they do not cut corners. They got permits and worked with me to get designs for my HOA approval and had no issues getting approved by the county. They have the decking and fence work down tight!

  • We found Grey Home Improvement from a local sign in our community and decided to call for an estimate to replace our old deck of 40 + years. April answered the phone and was very friendly and polite, and we made an appointment for her husband to come by. They both came, and were very prompt and professional to the point that they brought pictures of their completed work on a large, up-to-date tablet so we could get a good look, and samples of materials. The estimate did not take long, and we were impressed with their beautiful presentation and efficiency of the time, no long drawn-out affair. We were also quite impressed with the price they quoted to us, and they did not change it down the line. They offered several options, and we picked the one that we felt best suited our needs and desires. We went with the Trex product, and they were very accommodating to our time frame. We had several phone conversations with them over the next few weeks to complete details and starting date. The materials arrived on time as promised, and they even were able to start the same day. They removed the old deck and disposed of it and began reinforcing some of the foundation, which was still in good shape. They brought the deck completely up to current code, and explained all their work for us before they installed the new deck. They did a beautiful job. I would like to say that their staff was very friendly, professional, and patient with my questions. They completed the new deck in about two days, cleaned up all the residual mess, left no nails behind, and now we have a beautiful new deck! We are so happy with their work and the job they did. We expect to enjoy our new deck for many happy years to come, and are looking forward to spring, when we can replace all our flowers and plants, and new deck glider!
